The attachments are as follows- weight resistance is 310 lbs which has be upgraded to 410 lbs, leg attachment, lat tower, squat station, preacher curl attachment, expandable/ adjustable main pulley system, rowing station, hand grips, bench, foot harness, triceps rope, manuals, snap hooks, and power rods.
